Returned intimate items are never put back into circulation, regardless of condition.
Hygiene & Intimate Items
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and in the interest of hygiene and safety for all customers, lingerie items are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges once delivered.
We kindly ask you to review product details, sizing information, and images carefully before placing your order.
When Returns or Refunds Are Accepted
We are happy to assist and offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

- You received damaged or defective items while the items have not been worn, washed, damaged due to improper use, or altered
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
